Hi, this warning implies that OmniWeb might have been incorrectly shut down at some point (like a crash perhaps). In finder go to this folder:
~/Library/Application Support/OmniWeb 5/
And remove the file called "HistoryIndex.ox.lock".
After doing so you should be able to start up problem free.
