Likely an issue with Launch Services. Do you have a copy of OmniOutliner 3 on your Mac? If so, it might be trying to use the Quick Look generator in that app which doesn't work on 10.9. Deleting OO3 should fix it, or if you don't want to do that or that isn't the issue, please contact
