Yes, it's straightforward. Go to the scheduling section of the editor. Tap the ">" button on the dependency you want to edit. Tap the Type of the dependency to bring up a menu of options. Choose one.
In the attached captures I switch an accidental Finish-Finish to a Finish-Start. Sorry you can't see where I press!
