Awesome, it does exist! Now I have to change all the line ends. Good thing I don't design electronic circuits.

It would be great if when importing lines that they keep their properties, so lines with round arrows centered on end in Visio would be the same in Omnigraffle.

Bug fix request: Visio VSD files containing round line arrows 'end centered' property should retain same 'end centered' property when file is opened in Omnigraffle.
