I don't have enough experience with the scripts on here to point to any one in particular.

In theory, you could write a "unix-y" script that downloads your OmniFocus database from the server via WebDAV and parses the XML to generate your report. We don't promise that the XML format is going to remain stable, and we can't really offer support for folks who are headed this far off the beaten path. But if I really wanted this to work on a machine not running OmniFocus and AppleScript, that's probably how I'd go about it.
