I agree. I think one solution would be for Omni to provide a free sync service for OmniFocus users. It would take out a lot of the variables for the programmers and support staff. Also, since the applications are not cheap, it would add value to your customer base who have had to become Alpha testers to get the iPhone version of OmniFocus to work with the desktop version.
