I have OmniFocus for Mac and for iPhone. I currently sync using Bonjour. I signed up for the Omni Sync Server beta program. But, when I try to switch my sync settings to it (on either the desktop or the mobile app) I'm prompted to create a new database, which wipes what I currently have.

Is this the expected behavior? Is there a way to migrate my current Bonjour server data to the Omni Sync Server?
