I'm a new omnifocus user. I love it so far, but I have a question about setting up projects. I work in film production and many of the tasks I do are the same for each project. Ideally I'd like to be able to create a sort of template project that contains a set of frequently used actions. That way every time I start a new project I don't have to create the actions over and over again and I can also have several discrete projects going at once. The closest I've come so far is to have the actions repeat, but I'd rather be able to create things when I need them rather than on a preset schedule. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.
