I think this has been discussed here before so I apologize if this is old news.

As a feature request I would like to see added to the Quick Entry box the ability to hit a check box to indicate that the incoming task should be the next action in the project. Often for me something comes in that needs to move to the number one spot in the project.

Is this doable?

For now as a work around even adding a special character to the beginning of the task description would be cool. Like a ~ or something.
