How are you backing up your OO documents on the iPad?

Every other app I use on my iPad either backups up with iCloud, DropBox, or is a cloud based service. I don't ever plug my iPad into my MBP and do a backup anymore. I am nervous about doing anything on OO that is important and ongoing as I don't see a simple way of doing regular backups.
