Even after all this time with OmniFocus, I still feel like I'm getting up to speed! Not complaining, though. I've already realized great efficiencies with OF across all my iOS devices.

I was wondering if there were any use cases for using OmniFocus with an assistant. I have a strong assistant who acts in many ways as a chief of staff, organizing events, following up on delegated tasks, sitting in for me from time to time on meetings. I would like somehow to share my OF database with her, but I struggle with how to do that best (or if at all).

I was wondering if other OF users have had a similar experience or have any advice in this regard.

My assistant uses Windows, but I don't want to get bogged down in that problem. If necessary, I will gladly convert her to a Mac environment.
