I also like to note in the beginning of those tasks "WF Bob to ... "

This has the advantage that when reviewing a project in planning mode the WFors are clearly identifiable as well as the person concerned. Also can one easily make a search in the DB even if one does not use a specific WF context per person.

I use a context per person, for all WF and other tasks.
