I'm not sure I've got the terminology right here, but when you click on a subtitle in the drawer, if there's a note attached to that title you won't be able to see it unless you go back to its parent level. I'm assuming that's the intended behavior for some reason, but it seems to me you should at least have an indicator showing there's a note attached.
