I've faced a problem of reviewing projects that are on hold.
Many people do this:
They create an additional folder called "Maybe/on hold" and put corresponding projects into it.
But I do not agree with it and here's why:

I've already set up a project is on hold. Why should I also move it into another folder to indicate that the project is meant to be handled as "Someday/Maybe" (David Allen's theory). I'd rather leave the project in a related folder and have a possibility to review all the projects on hold together.
