Perhaps I am misunderstanding something here... but there may be an easy solution: Just choose "Back up Database" from the file menu... then take that file to your other computer...open omnifocus and then choose "Revert to Database Backup", choosing the file you just backed up from your other computer :) Then you should have the exact same database on both computers.
