On some of the export options of OmniPlan, you can restrict tasks to output. Unfortunately as of Beta 5, this doesn't apply to web output. In either case you can't limit it to selected groups, which in your case equate to "projects". Perhaps we need a feature request to ask Omni to implement the option to limit by groups/tasks and allow that filter to exist on web reports?
