Based on my experience with licensing nearly every other Omni application, your bookmarks will not be deleted. However, you can take out some inexpensive insurance against that possibility by making a copy of the Library/Application Support/OmniWeb 5 folder. There's a Bookmarks.html file in there that contains your bookmarks, and other files that you would probably also want to preserve. You can just open that file in another browser if at some future date you wish to transfer your bookmarks out of OmniWeb.
