I resigned to just having work and home contexts pretty separate as far as GTD goes. It helps though that most of my work stays there (at work) and I don't much care for what I need to do after closing time--the beauty of being a lowly cog in a giant insurance machine!

At my office we finally upgraded to Office 2010, and they even let us keep OneNote--I've been using that as my work GTD tool of choice. It's no OF, but it's basically the best thing MS has done ever, and it integrates very nicely with outlook. (Sadly *we* have to use Lotus Notes.)

To be honest, I think you'll be okay with just your iPhone and some system for things that are truly in your work context. I do 90% of my OmniFocusing on iOS, either phone or iPad, and I'm pretty happy.
