I've been trying to e-mail sales@omnigroup.com for days, but my messages keep bouncing:

Calls to the Omni Group office go to voicemail, with a greeting dated Monday, January 28th.

I'm coming up on 30 days since purchasing OmniFocus, have discovered that the way my brain works is incompatible with the OmniFocus methodology. Instead of being more productive, I'm spending time unhappy with the method I'm tracking tasks.

I am seeking to get a refund. I hope someone from The Omni Group is reading the forums, because I don't know how to reach them otherwise. I have two days.
