OmniGraffle 4.1.1 was released in January, 2006—over four years ago. Might I suggest you update to a more recent version?
The only way for us to fix bugs in our software is to release new versions, but you won't get those bug fixes until you update to those new versions. If you visit our
Release Notes page, you'll see that we've fixed many, many bugs in OmniGraffle (as well as adding many new features) over the last four years.
