I have two questions pertaining to custom columns in OF v1.0.3 and newer.

1) Is it possible to create custom columns in addition to the defaults (ie. name, context, start date, due date, flag, estimate, notes). If so how do you do this. I find some old documentation about this on early versions, but nothing seems to indicate how to do this in current versions.

2) Can custom columns (assuming you can create them) be exported using the Export to CSV option?
