I have an OmniGraffle document which I made on my work machine. I need to edit it on my home machine. Unfortunately, the document contains a font which I have a work but not at home. Is there some way to see what the original font was? I would like to grab the font from my work computer, but since I'm nowhere near the computer (and I cannot share its desktop), I'm in a bit of a bind.

---> by looking at the ~/Library/Fonts/fonts.list I figured out which of the fonts differ on the machines. Now it is just a matter of somehow getting the fonts from one machine to the other. Nothing to do with OmniGraffle...
