The guy who does the icons doesn't code features, and the UI design to rearrange items was done long ago. There hasn't been a release yet for the sole purpose of bringing out new icons, and the appearance of the icon has no relevance to the functioning of the program, so where's the issue? It's easy to spot, isn't it? :-)
