What is your goal? To sync less often?
Otherwise, OmniFocus 2 automatically syncs in the background; I can imagine any settings to try and tweak the sync interval are now obsolete.
OmniFocus 1's iOS sync was, frankly, terrible. Anything they can do to move to a different solution with OF 2 is most welcome.
