To the right of the box where I am entering this is a column which would be a scroll bar if I rambled on long enough, with the Smilies panel to its right ... the top of that column has a little box with a cross in it. That's what you're looking for.
I took a screenshot but clicking on the "Manage Attachments" button does nothing so I can't attach it. And I'm using OmniWeb too ... oh dear ... bug report necessary!
