No, not in the Forecast view. However, if you enable Perspectives on your iPad, there is a Completed perspective which groups the completed actions by date.
From your iPad, visit the following link:

Tap on the Enable Built-in Perspectives link and confirm when OmniFocus asks if you want to do it.
