I have been a long time / paid up user of OW and have now joined forum as I would like to use SP latest and give some feed back. But I am unable to open the .dmg as it asks me for a password. I enter the number sent to me via email but no dice.
Any help / advice would be helpful. If I send a mail to Troy via normal routes its around 2 days before a response back here in London UK.
