You may already know about TinyMCE ("a platform independent web based Javascript HTML WYSIWYG editor control...") found at
http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/, but I thought I'd mention it anyhow.
It seems that if you tried to get this to run completely and correctly in OmniWeb, you might shake out a few JavaScript bugs. :)
