Any idea how (and if) I can place a link to an iCloud document in a task note?

Users/XXX/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~Numbers/Documents/Cars.numbers-tef

I know this is where the file is on my mac. The link doesn't seem to work when appended with the normal items (~) or (Macintosh HD\) etc. I've even tried to drag and drop it in the notes section.
