As to your first question, I just use "Available" for everything, and forget that "Next" exists. But I can see the utility of a separate "Next" action, for people who want to order their available actions and show only the first. I'm not sure renaming things would be an improvement.

As for the second, there's already a "Show Hierarchy" checkbox in the prefs. Right now that doesn't include action groups, just folders and projects. Maybe there should be a second checkbox to include action groups as well.
