Themes of some recent threads, and memories of some of the threads of yesteryear, could be summarized by a general feeling that graphic design is sometimes just a little under-theorized, and just a little under-managed, at the house of Omni.

I suspect that with the input of some modest reading or training, the reformulation of some general software quality goals, and the re-engineering of some design integration processes, Omni could soon follow up its Apple Design Award for the iPhone app with another ADA for one of its Mac apps. A pity that Things is slightly in the lead at the moment ...
