Hi Steve,

this happens to me after every update to OmniOutliner (and perhaps OmniGraffle, though I am not sure about this). Simply make sure to launch OmniOutliner once after an update, and the correct file type association should be restored. If you don't do this, any OO file will automatically open in OG.
