I love OmniGraffle and use it for most of my design and presentation work. The only thing that drives me insane is this lack of typographical support.
It's quite stunning that a post like the previous does not get a reply from the support team. Almost an insult of a customer.
My theory is that Omni relies on the internal Mac RenderEngine and overwriting their line-height somehow seemed too difficult. Since I used to work on another project that used the Mac-Font-Renderer, I know for sure that overriding the line-height is possible and straight forward.
Please invest half an hour to fix this! I am sure a fix is not that difficult and will make some of your advanced customers even happier.
