iTunes has been showing updates that aren't actually updates. See this thread for a few examples:

You can check the version number on the App Store page or (once downloaded) at the bottom of the OmniFocus Settings screen. It's still 1.0 - it should show 1.0.1 when Apple manages to push the actual update.
