Perhaps CatOne meant your database and perspective files.

OmniFocus' preferences are actually kept at:

~/Library/Preferences/com.omnigroup.OmniFocus.plist

You'll also find the SQLite database cache and Spotlight metadata at:

~/Library/Caches/com.omnigroup.OmniFocus
~/Library/Caches/Metadata/com.omnigroup.OmniFocus

If you've installed any scripts, you might also have this:

~/Library/Scripts/Applications/OmniFocus

And finally, if you installed the Clip-o-tron 3000, you might have an alias at:

~/Library/Mail/Bundles
