It is, there just isn't a specific choice in the setup for it like there is on the iPad, so you set it up with the Advanced (WebDAV) option for sync. If your Omni sync service username is TexKen, the URL would be
https://sync.omnigroup.com/TexKen and that's about all there is to it...
