I guess there are no "smart folder" options or tags which could be used to further refine and narrow. So would the best way to do that be flags? For example, there are things that I need to actually DO, versus items that I need to watch to see if someone else does them. Like things I expect to receive in the mailbox and I need to remember to keep an eye on them.
