Sorry, they work just fine.
I entered edit mode accidentially.
Seems that OmniFocus iPhone 2 lacks the support of direct links to perspectives, eg.:
omnifocus:///perspective/P%20-%20Mitnehmen
Please re-add them. And while you are add it, add them to the iPad version, too…
