I'm creating a flowchart. I've laid out the shapes (with magnets) where I want them. Now I'm trying to connect them with the orthogonal line tool. However when I connect from one shape to another, suddenly the omnigraffle program moves all my shapes into a line and wrecks all my hard work. It makes no sense. Everything is laid out nicely. I start connecting with a line which is where I want it and as soon as the connection is made the shapes go flying around the screen and re-position them where I don't want them.

For troubleshooting I've tried to find a setting that needs to be adjusted, but no luck. I've tried locking the shapes I'm not currently connecting, but the program still automatically moves the two shapes to new locations that I'm trying to connect. I've tried searching online and in this forum, but not much to be found for shapes moving automatically in Omnigraffle.

Any idea why this is happening and how to adjust it so that it doesn't happen?
