I can't seem to be able to adjust the effort or even scale up a tasks completion by simply the click and drag method. It seems to be a luck of the draw pursuit for me with it being able to happen here and there but not often. I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me why they think this is and possible how to correct it.

By the way I am aware of the little lock you can enable by holding down command or whatever and both of them are off when I try this :S
