I have another Q about circular arrows.

I am able to create more or less nice looking arrows.
Is it possible to create sub-segments within these arrows and write some text in them?
I tried it with a simple line to "cut off" a segment, but this doesn't quite work.
Here is how this looks like in Powerpoint (sorry):
