Bookmarklets seem to be working for the most part, but one bookmarklet I use *all* the time is broken in sp11.

It's the Bookmarklet password generator, available here:

This works as expected in the current release of Safari as well as the nightlies. Can this be fixed?

Hmm, could you have javascript disabled? There is a known issue where bookmarklets will be affected by your javascript settings. You might want to make sure that "Enable JavaScript" is checked in the site preferences of the site you're trying to use it on.
