I write long documents in Word 2011 and insert quite a few Omnigraffle diagrams. Every time I change my diagram, I have to go back and paste it back to Word. Is there any way to avoid to do this manually?

I write long documents in Word 2011 and insert quite a few Omnigraffle diagrams. Every time I change my diagram, I have to go back and paste it back to Word. Is there any way to avoid to do this manually?
