is there a way to colour all subsequent actions after the highest outliner task in omniplan?

eg all group tasks are coloured the same after being specified a colour?

currently i can select all bars within a group and colour them but when i add a new task bar, it goes back to the default colour

any workaround on this?

If you don't want to wait around for them to implement it, you can select one of the properly colored tasks, then do Project->Set as Default for New Tasks. Any tasks you subsequently create will have that style. Obviously, you may have to change the setting occasionally.
