I'm a sales manager and sometimes my sales ask me to help them with their account: call or meet somebody. Should I keep an Area of Focus for helping them or treat that as Misc projects?

I'm a sales manager and sometimes my sales ask me to help them with their account: call or meet somebody. Should I keep an Area of Focus for helping them or treat that as Misc projects?
