Is there a way to look at tasks that have been completed and have a date when they were complete?

I just started working with OF, but I'm thinking it would be nice in the future to be able to look back to find out when some things were done. For instance, if I mail tax documents to the state, I'd like to be able to look back and see which day I sent them off.

Can this be done?

Bring up the Completed perspective. Add the completion date to the view with View->Columns->Completion Date.
