Go to the Resource view. Select a resource. In the Project : Styles inspector, set the styling you want for font color, size, etc. All tasks with that resource assigned (and only that resource) should now have that style, and assigning that resource to a task in the future should make it have that style. If you assign multiple resources with different styles, the results may be unpredictable.

I just downloaded the trial version of OmniPlan for Mac and under the Project Styles inspector there is no list of canned/named styles - only the list of structural styles at the top.

How do I get the canned styles that were supposed to be included, so I don't have to create them from scratch, one element at a time?
