I selected a repeat cycle of 3.5 months, and the dialog box rounds it to 4. I'm curious whether it's going to be treated as 3 and a half months and just displayed as an integer, or has my input actually been converted to 4?

I just did a quick test, and it did four months. You might want to use days or weeks if you need fractions of a month. 14 weeks is 3.5 months.
