On Leopard as a 1Password user, I sometimes (automatically) have to deal with keychains and I saw some messages where System complains about Omniweb being unsigned in a way that will make general end user very paranoid.
If it is free and if it won't create issues on earlier OS'es, IMHO Omnigroup better sign the Omniweb executable.
