There are some menu choices that I use a lot (such as Reorganize) that I wish I could have as icons on the toolbar. Any way to do that now? If not, might it be an option in the future?

There are some menu choices that I use a lot (such as Reorganize) that I wish I could have as icons on the toolbar. Any way to do that now? If not, might it be an option in the future?
